"wow,thanks guys,came to get back brakes on my gold wing ,you could have easily sold me new pads,but upon inspection you said i didnt need them.only needed new to flush the fluid and was on my way,when i got to your dealership,i had basically no back brakes,when i left they were better than new,wait,it gets better,friendly staff as i waited,no still better,after i paid and left,recieved a call that i would recieve a refund check in mail cause you saw an error on bill,when does that happen anymore?well for me its easy,even though i live 40 miles away,i will be back,thanks for being a honest ,friendly shop,very good experiance,would highly recomend to otherst,hanks again"

"We recently purchased our 2nd Goldwing from West Honda after having a motorcycle vs deer accident with our other Goldwing. This time around we decided to have lots of "extras" installed on the bike before we picked it up. Everything from the extensive list of extras and the installation was AWESOME!!!! We were very pleased again working with Randy in finance. We had a different salesman this time around, Leory, but he was great with follow-up calls and watching over getting everything taken care of with the bike. "We've had numerous motorcycle dealerships come and go in Albuquerque but none that treat you as well as WEST Honda. All of the other dealerships are either gone now or treat you as if you are walking into a used car dealership. West Honda has not gone that route for which I am very thankful. You just can't beat the quality of a Honda motorcycle and when you have a dealership that treats you like WEST, it makes it very easy to decide what bike to purchase and where. Keep it up guys."

"I was 2,000 miles from home on my '99 750 Nighthawk. I took it in to West for a checkup and some minor repairs. They spotted a damaged rear tire and helped me find a replacement. I was very pleased with the help and friendly attitude at this dealership. By the way, I made it back to Va. just fine. Rte. 380 in West Texas passes through some pretty, but desolate country. "
